Arrived early, which was great -- however, there were some problems in shipping that resulted in a leak. When reported, the seller made it right -- I'm quite happy and would order again.

All 4 gallon jugs showed up leaking.no extra seal on the lid which was just down right cheap !!..box was delivered upside down and was completely saturated it’s a wonder they didn’t fall thru..don’t even know if it is dial soap ad it was not sealed properly..do not recommend.. waiting for some type of reimbursement as was promised

Good refill product for all to your liquid soap needs. Had same problem with some leakage when package arrived but the seller provided very fair resolution. Will purchase other products from them because of their excellent service.

I had the exact same problem as Jeff in the last review!! They where not sealed and leaked all over!! I am wondering the same thing if it was filled with cheep non antibacterial soap! That is shady and wrong especially with all that is going on right now! I am Very unhappy!!
