I am quite conscious of where my money is going-to in terms of the seller and productsI am choosing. Any product (made in India) and seller (local) are on top of my priority list. Having said all this, let me tell you all that these jute mats are just perfect. They are handmade and if they broke, they won’t add up to plastic waste. About the service, I got the colour wrong, placed a return request and seller did an amazing job of literally ensuring that I am aware where my product is. This is where a great customer service starts-letting the customer know where there money is! In a nutshell I already see myself buying more from this seller. Thank you!

Total Value for money!!
Really impressed by the quality and personal touch of the seller.. 1st time when I received the product it was little discolored.. I asked for a replacement and received personal note and call from seller if I was satisfied with the new one.. Quality is top notch with bright colours.. Can order without a rethink!!
