It was very good for a few months, after that a tiny gap started to appear in the joint where two pieces of wood are glued together. Now these pieces are not connected in that area, one is a bit higher than other. Surface is not even, food is getting stuck inside, it's difficult to clean. For that price I would expect a better quality and a longer life from this item.

The cutting board is not very thick. The ad doesn’t state the thickness. Also, the gift box was a little dinged up. Not really nice enough to give as a gift.

Didn't have the pads in the package.

I initially received my walnut cutting board and thought it was a beautiful board. However, I noticed it didn’t have the handles as indicated in the description. The handles were one of the deciding factors in purchasing this particular board. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I had misunderstood the description, or received the wrong board, and within a few days received a reply from them. They informed me that I received the wrong board and made arrangements for me to receive a free replacement, which i received a few days later. Again I received a beautiful board which I have enjoyed using daily. The board is well made easy to use and clean.I have only had a week, but foresee this board lasting many years. This manufacturer clearly cares about its product and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate buying other products from them again.
