Personally, this product isn't for me. I'm not sure if it's just my bottle but the smell was very unpleasant and upon taking it I felt very nauseous. I have no idea if it's just a bad bottle but I don't really know if I want to try again in case I have an unpleasant reaction again.

I just recently started taking these, and I like them so far. It's packaged well, the capsules have good consistent color and fill, and they're easy to swallow with no aftertaste or side effects. The pill is a standard capsule of easy-to-swallow size, and I liked that there was no fragrance. For 60 capsules, $9.25 is a great value.

I’ve taken several different supplement brands of Resveratrol and this one reminds me of one other that I have tried in that it has an aroma to it that reminds me of smokey BBQ. The bottle claims that it has 600mg of Resveratrol made up of a complex containing 50% being Trans-Resveratrol (which is what you want), but the product description claims it has 1200mg daily (indicating 600mg of Resveratrol and 600mg of Trans-Resveratrol), so the information seems inconsistent and misleading.The pill is a standard capsule and of an average, easy to swallow size. Inside the capsule is a rusty brown colored powder. This is the Japanese Knotweed root and is typical of most Resveratrol supplements. Most other Resveratrol supplements do not have this aroma to them and the color is more of a lighter brown / tan. The one other Resveratrol supplement that I tried that also smelled like smokey BBQ also had this darker rusty color to it. I am not sure what the difference is as they all claim the same source / ingredient. The aroma is not bad and I didn’t find it off putting, it was just different than normal.This supplement is GMP certified, made in the USA (from a global source of ingredients) and 3rd party lab tested for quality. These are good things and something that helps to build trust in the quality of the product. I did not notice any side effects from taking the NutraCreek supplement, and the price is good, but I think I will stick with my go to brand that has an even higher quantity of Resveratrol / Trans-Resveratrol.

(See attached photos to see the various badges.Per recent research, I consume Resveratrol with NMN. Their synergistic characteristics create the ‘sum is greater than the parts’ scenario. Due to the stated concentration of TransResveratrol, this supplement fits right in my vitamin/supplement regime. And, it’s competitively priced at only $9.25!!!I’m impressed with the quality control/assurance aspects (GMP certified and FDA registered), the concentration of the TransResveratrol and the good value/cost. This healthful, longevity supplement merits a 4.75 - 5 star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

I'm a fan of supplements, but I dislike reviewing them because:a) I don't have a lab to verify the claims. Does this tablet REALLY have the resveratrol it claims to have?There's no way for me to prove that.b) I can't prove the tablet's benefits without a placebo and a double-blind trial.c) You'll rarely see any measurable or obvious difference within a few days. It usually takes months or years for supplements to have an impact.d) Even if you do notice a difference, did you control for all the other variables? Maybe you got better sleep, did more exercise, changed your diet, or something else while you were taking the supplement.In short, amateur reviewers should be humble about their evaluations.All I can say is:- NutraCreek seems like a reputable company worthy of our trust.- The pills are easy to swallow.- The package is easy to open.- Some studies show that taking resveratrol is good for you (but others say they don't do anything).Since I can't find a study indicating that resveratrol is harmful, I suggest taking one.

When I first heard of Resveratrol, about 20 years ago, it had to do with the "Mediterranean Diet" and the red wine, in which Resveratrol was found, and people not dying of heart attacks despite the kinds of food they ate. I took to drinking red wine.Later on, when I found Red Wine Extract supplements containing Resveratrol available, I began using them. They were mild in both taste and odor.Not very long ago, I began using Adora Organics Resveratrol capsules which contain Japanese Knotweed as well as Red Wine Extract, and more. They neither have a strong taste nor odor, but suggest two capsules per serving, so they cost a little more than the pure Japanese Knotweed types.These pure Japanese Knotweed Root supplements may be more potent and less expensive, but are not as pleasant to take. Thankfully it just takes a few seconds and a quick gulp of water to get them down.I will be returning to the Adora Organics Resveratrol combo when they are gone.
