I needed a pair of compression socks that would stand up to constant wear and keep their compression level, while being at least moderately work-appropriate. These fit the bill. They are definitely snug, and take some work to get up the calf. However, that's the whole point and it's worth the effort. They do tend to kink up around my ankles, which can hurt over time, but I think that's because my ankles are swollen. I put a light wrap around the ankles and then pull the socks over the wrap. That way nothing wrinkles up and hurts. Will definitely be getting more in this brand as they are durable and supportive.

I *love* the open-toe feature, my feet are much happier wearing these. It's still work to get them on, but these are much more comfortable on than the kind that compress your toes also. My calves are approximately 13" and these are decently snug. They helped a lot on a recent flight; I could feel them feeling tighter by the end of the day, because my lower legs were trying to swell, but when I took them off at home, my legs were normal, not puffy and tight, and my toes had no swelling. Love.

Like all compression socks they are hard to get on. Fit comfortably once they are on. They are are just a bit too long.

UPDATE: 08/21/20There have been quite a change in these over the last few years. 1st purchase was April 2018. I waf pleased with the quality and amount of compression. They have either changed manufacturers and materials and I'm not pleased with the changes. Unfortunately these changes were not for the better and I believe the quality has suffered. There still good, but NOT the once GREAT SOCK. REAL bummer when companies cut corners be cause the product suffers.First, l want to thank the seller. I requested that l wanted white, but white was not an option.He honored my need and now they have manufactured the white color l wanted. Not many companies respond to such requests, so l was extremely overjoyed that he cared about customer input. So folks, buy white too, so this company is rewarded for being customer satisfaction minded.I love these socks, but l must be honest. I made a recent order to stock up for winter, and it seems that they are now made either by a different manufacturer, or that they have been redesigned. Had they not made that change, l would definitely say that you'd be back for more. However, these last 3 pair cause me pain, and have got spots where it pinches me. On top of that, l don't have big legs or calves at all, and i've got very skinny ankles. So, not sure why they would fix something that wasn't broken. Maybe, to save cost wise, but unfortunately for me the change isn't a good one.That said, they have been a lifesaver up till now for many reasons.I hope they reconsider the change they made, not to be a good one. They are high quality though and well made. I just do not like the changes to they made cuz l could immediately tell l wasn't wearing the same socks.Anyhow, they are still a decent sock. Just cold wash and hang dry. I suggest a trail period for first timers who may feel some discomfort from the band. I found that after some use, that was no longer an issue. During my break in period; what l did, was, place some cotton stripes strategically around where the band is. Once broken in, you won't need the cotton anymore... you literally won't notice or feel the band once you start using them. I wear mine everyday.

Nice professional looking and wearing socks.

I wear compression socks daily, and wanted to try some different brands. I made sure I ordered the correct size. However, the compression socks were of a material I'm not fond of. I will wear them but they are not flexible with size fitting. They were extremely tight, too long (even if I had been 6' foot) and felt they would cut off circulation rather then distribut it. I'll keep trying different brands but will not order this pair again.

The negative is the open toe on the 4X. The positive, great compression. Be aware 30-40 pressure is intense and needed for some patients.

I really like 80% of these socks. The reason why I got them was because of the open toe factorI have some nerve pain in my toes and the less pressure on them the better off I am.The problem is there’s nothing at the bottom end of the socks to keep them from rolling back when you’re putting your shoe on so it creates a tighter rubber band like feel because the end of the sock is not laying flat. So I have to constantly try to correct it.

lo único que me gustaría es que tengan en disponibilidad un diseño para mujeres: un poco más corto y angosto.

En la presión Perfecta lo único en contra es la talla muy pequeña ya que no ponen estatura y kilos para guiarse!

NO COMPREN! De todas la marcas que uso y he usado son las peores. Tirar el dinero a la basura. De verdad NO. Aprietan en la rodilla el material es muy malo. Hay millones mejores. No tiren su dinero.
