Sunny Designs Tuscany Ladderback Chair with Wood Seat (Set of 2)

Very nice, sturdy chairs. Great color and they have some weight to them. I am still getting used to the rustic marks (small dents and scratches that are clearly intentionally made) but they look really great overall and I expect them to last a very long time.

If all the parts are there and if there's no damage, the chairs deserve 5 stars. They have a nice solid rustic look and feel. If you're willing to take the gamble that all the chairs you order are usable buy them. I purchased 12 of these chairs at $217. each. paid $2,800. out of the 12 chairs, two of them had issues of one had a chunk of wood out of the top back & another was missing the bottom foot causing the chair to have one leg about an inch shorter. Several chairs was missing washers requiring us to find replacements to be able to assemble the chairs properly.I took 1 star away for 2 chairs out of 12 being defected and I took another 2 stars for terrible STORES123 CUSTOMER SERVICE: I contacted the seller through the Amazon purchase link requesting the two chairs be replace. Communication was dragged out for over a week.1st reply from Stores123 was "they don't replace chairs. They only replace parts. Asking would I be willing to keep the chairs? I replied yes. I would keep the chairs if they replaced the defective parts. I had listed what was wrong with the two chairs in my original message stating the parts I needed replaced.2nd reply from Stores123 was "send us pictures of the damaged chairs." I sent pictures.3rd reply from Stores123 was "send us a list with the parts numbers and qty you need." I listed the parts off the instruction sheet and qty of each part i needed.4th reply from Stores123 was "we need your phone number for delivery." I emailed my phone number.5th reply from Stores123 was "your request to replace the parts has been rejected by the manufacturer. Please request a refund."So My only option now was to UN-assemble the chairs. NOTE: We were able to take parts from the two chairs and build a complete one. Now we had to box up and label the other chair and drop it off at a UPS store.6th reply from Stores123 was, "We see you returned the chair. We will refund you after we receive the chair and inspect the defects."This is unacceptable!!! I only requested one chair to be refunded. They have received notification from the UPS Store that the item has been dropped off. It is feeling like this company is not wanting to lose the sale of a $217 chair. Well this customer does not want to pay $217 for a damaged wobbly chair!

Beautiful chair. Matches our kitchen table. Very heavy and well made.

Bought this as extra chair to a set we bought at a local retailer in NY. This matches perfectly and has a high quality hardwood feel. Almost Amish-like. Highly reccomended.

Went on line to order more of these chairs to add to my set and was very disappointed to see it wasn’t available now. These chairs are so pretty and the color is beautiful. I have had my set for several years and it still looks great. SUNNY DESIGN please bring these back!!!!!!!!!!
