after reading a ton of reviews before purchasing i decided to buy because it had the best hold but i also saw a ton of reviews saying its extremely sticky and could rip ur skin off.. so i came here to say that this is the BEST TAPE I HAVE USED! i am a 40DDD and i felt very supported and it had the best coverage and was so easy to use. it lasted 12 hours and was sweat proof even after a ton of dancing the tape didnt move at all. AND NOW TO ADDRESS THE CONS. i took everyone's warnings seriously and spent a ton of time removing this tape in the shower and heres what worked best for me: soak the tape in water while showering with semi-hot water and take some mild soap and gently rub the adhesive away while peeling the tape. DO NOT JUST PULL IT OFF!!! it WILL rip your skin and if i didnt take my timeto do this gently it definitely wouldve damaged my skin. so please take your time. doing this left zero damage however my skin was raw/sensitive in some areas. there will also probably still be some residue left behind after washing you can just use the soap + water method the next time you shower to avoid irritating the skin further. it took two/three showers to fully get rid of any residue. hope this helps!

Do not buy. This tape was super difficult to remove and had me in tears. I soaked it in puik, pouring it straight from the bottle and tried using hot water in the shower and it was still super painful and ripped my skin and left scars. It took me like 30 minutes to remove the pieces of tape because it was so painful and difficult to get off of skin. It also left sticky residue in my open wounds which was also really hard to get off without causing more damage.

I love this tape! Not only is it comfortable but it kept me so cool - I’m such a hot bodied woman! I found it difficult to position properly but found a great instruction video on youtube. It showed me how to apply correctly for maximum support and coverage. I also used it to prevent inner thigh chafing instead of hot and binding shorts. I felt confident, cool and comfortable in my spaghetti strapped, A-Line dress. I made the mistake of sleeping with the tape on my breasts. I was too tired to deal with it and also planned on wearing a like dress the next day. Shortly after I woke the discomfort began. I felt itchy as the weight of my breasts began to pull down the tape near my chest. I started to remove and boy what a nightmare! Talk about exceptional adhesive!! This stuff sticks! I used coconut oil & rubbing alcohol - very very slowly and carefully. It took a long while and I lost a small amount of breast and thigh skin. But that’s my own fault for not reading the warning beforehand, about not sleeping with it on. As long as I have these meat bags on my chest, I’ll be using this tape and will be more careful in the future.Additionally, I've used the tape more on my inner thighs and found I could sleep with it, shower with it and swim with it. The tape is the best tool to prevent inner thigh chafing! Removal after about 5-7 days was very simple. Just showered and lathered and was able to gently peel off leaving no injury behind. The best product ever for chafing! Not all boob tape is the same. I did try another brand for the thigh chafing and it didn't even make it one day before it began to peel. This one is the best by far.

It was very easy to apply, held up great and was very comfortable while wearing it. I took my time taking it off and yes, it was uncomfortable to take off but not as bad as I was expecting because I wore it over some bra cups instead of just using the nipple covers. It still left marks and some stubborn residue. I’m sure there are better ones out there but I would probably buy it again because it worked so well.

PLEASE PATCH TEST FIRST! This will save you and your skin from unbearable itching and burning.Now that the disclaimer is out of the way here are my tips and review.I use this mostly because I don't really like to wear bras. They're itchy, tight, hot, and stab you sometimes. With this tape I only have to deal with some mild itching when first applying.Now, there is a learning curve, and you probably would get it right on the first try, but there is a trick to wearing this stuff comfortably.Firstly, round the corners from each strip you use!! This save so much itching and poking.Two, DO NOT STRETCH THE ENDS WHATSOEVER! This is very important in preventing blisters or tension rashes.Three, use a natural oil to remove. Avoid baby oil or mineral oil. I personally use jojoba or sweet almond oil because they get most of the adhesive off and leave my skin soft.Four, prep your skin by using rubbing alcohol to remove any excess oils or moisturizers from the application area. This will help it stick and stay on longer.If you follow those tips then this tape is actually pretty good for the price. I can swim and shower with it, exercising is okay so long as I didn't stretch my arms over my head. It stayed on for about 3 days before it started to peel at the edges. Which is a pretty good length of time. I wouldn't wear it everyday because it does take a while to put on and prep and I don't want to irritate my skin from excessive use. Good for sleeveless shirts or dresses, cosplay, or just to give a lift without a push up bra.

I am a 38G and my breast are heavy. I should also mention, I sweat a lot. I’ve tried other tapes in the past that don’t support me well, I have to use a ton of tape to get a small lift just to sweat it off in a hour or so. BUT THIS TAPE?!? Had my girls perky for hours…while I adventured around a humid 95 degreed THAILAND! This was my girls after my day of hot sweaty adventuring. I felt comfortable all day long—way better than a strapless bra. I did not have to use much. Just three small pieces per boob. I laid down and did two horizontal pcs. Then a piece slightly diagonally around my side boob :) the only thing I would recommend is different pasties. They did tear my skin—not the tape though. Take it off in the shower! GET THIS TAPE.
