I initially purchased a pair of these in the natural color to use in some Sam Edelman flats I recently purchased. Having ruined my fair share of shoes by not wearing socks, I was looking for an insert that would stay-put, absorb (a lot) of sweat, but that I could remove to wash. So far, these have been amazing and I even purchased a second pair for a black pair of Birkenstocks slides. They have stayed-put and now I can wear my flats or my sandals without puddles of sweat forming around my feet. I look forward to trying these out in summer as well.

I've always struggled to love (non sandal) flat shoes due to the sock issue. Since all "no show" socks seem to be manufactured by the Devil himself and they all SHOW and/or SLIP OFF. The new style of "cut out" shoes make even the momentary wearing of no-show socks a hassle. I like that this goes in the shoe and keeps the bed of the shoe dry and soft without slippery socks.

I tried 2 other brands of insoles for my wooden clogs before finding these. Wish I'd found SoxsolS first. They are comfortable against bare feet and stay right where you put them. The other insoles were too rubbery or the glue got sticky when I used them for a few hours. I tested the SoxsolS by walking my dog for a mile while wearing them. Bingo! I like that they completely cover the foot bed whereas some other brands are too skinny.

I ordered these insoles a little skeptically because of the price, but they have performed very well so far. I have tried them in a pair of flats and a pair of sandals (slides) and they have fit well, don't scrunch up or move around and are hardly noticeable. I usually purchase shoes a half size larger and while they are more comfortable, they tend to flop on my narrow heels. So I have used cork or cheap inserts to make them fit better. Inevitably, those don't work for long or they scrunch in my shoes or rub in the wrong places. I haven't had that problem with Soxsols. I have not tried washing them in the washer yet. But overall I am happy with the purchase. I will purchase again!

I really like these. I got them to put in a pair of sandals that were a little too big, and they look great (match the foot-liner). Plus they feel good, and so far stay in place. I've just had them about a week. I did have to trim the toe a little, and I was glad that I could.

Very comfortable! I don’t wear socks most of the time and usually use thin leather insoles in my shoes and sneakers, these won me over because the leather insoles tend to get a bit sticky. Plus the fact that they are washable is great!

I love these! I dislike wearing socks & I dislike the feel of most footbeds in shoes (they generally stick to my foot) so these are the perfect answer!! I wear them in almost every shoe I own. Easy to use, easy to clean & they can be cut to fit a pair of shoes exactly. I honestly don’t know what I did before I found these! Ingenious!!

I really wanted to like this product, I feel its a bit overpriced, but maybe I'm not using it right. It is supposed to be for sandals and the bottom is supposed to stick to the sandal. If your sandals are dirty, then it doesn't stick well and sort of rumples up. The other issue I had is although wool is fantastic as natural odor absorber/preventer/killer, it is hot and a little itchy for myself when it's hot out. What I do like is, the odor killing properties of the wool and moisture absorption, also they are thin so they fit inside most shoes without taking up a lot of space. I am using mine in my sockless casual cotton tennis shoes and espadrilles and other shoes of that type. I can just toss them in the wash and I don't have to worry about my shoes smelling bad if god forbid I take my feet out of my shoes at work like a co-worker does.
