I've used this product, 3 capsules each morning, for 1 month (have lost 10lbs). I can honestly say that they work for me. I have added them to my Keto /19-5 Intermittent Fasting regimen and the Orphic has made all the difference in curbing the afternoon false hunger that shows up. I'm wondering if it is related to the Chromium Chelate ability to stabilize blood sugar and insulin in combination with the garcinia. Whatever it is, this product is perfect! And it is extremely affordable per month. Just received my second bottle and think I will subscribe to save even more. It has no "buzzy" side effects, or any side effects that I notice. I'm very active, drink a lot of water, make sure my electrolytes stay balanced, etc, etc, etc. So Orphic Garcinia Cambogia with Chromium Chelate is the perfect addition that makes all the difference in my success. (and I didn't get a discount for my review....I just love the product!)Update: 12/2020 Took a few months off from taking this supplement, not because of any problems with it, I just wanted to see if I could tell the difference with/without it. So I'm just about finished with my first bottle...I have to say...this product is still a great addition to the other healthy things I do. I can really tell it helps my body to "deal" with carbs if I eat too many. Still no "buzzy" feeling from these, and I can tell it helps my blood sugar stay stable. I'm not diabetic or hypoglycemic though. But I maintain my energy throughout the day when I take these. I will keep on using them, glad Amazon still carries this brand.

To start off, I haven’t been paid to say this, I just don’t review things often and wanted to give this brand the credit it deserves! With that being said...This brand has done wonders for me, alongside some apple cider vinegar pills. Sunday, I started dieting. I was at 227. My diet also deserves credit, as I’ve tried cutting down on carbs, and have cut soda and anything remotely unhealthy out of my diet. I exercise strenuously for 30 minutes a day, and take walks if and when I can. My job also demands I be moving most of the day. Today (Wednesday) I weighed myself, and I’m down to 219. That’s 8 pounds in 3 days! I know my new regimen has helped, no doubt, but never have I lost weight this fast. I’m aware some, if not most, is water weight, but I’m extremely pleased nonetheless. I will try to update with more results by October, but so far, everything is smooth sailing. ALSO, I almost forgot, I take only 2 pills a day instead of the recommended dosage of 3 - I take the ACV and Garcinia 30 minutes before breakfast, skip it for lunch, and then 30 minutes before dinner. They curb my appetite for a good while, however, I did notice about 6 hours after eating, I was a little bit peckish. Nonetheless, if you hate the slow crawl of shedding extra pounds, this might be for you, so long as you’re willing to put in effort to make a change.As for the pill itself, I’ve never been able to swallow pills, so taking two is a bit hard for me. They’re not super large, I’d say medium sized. The taste isn’t initially bad, but I’ve found that when my body is digesting it, there’s a papery aftertaste, but I don’t mind it. I think it’s well worth it for the benefits.All in all, I think this pill is wonderful. No side effects yet, and it’s helping me achieve my goal weight much faster than I ever could have wished for.

The quality and price are good. HCA is implicated in reduction of appetite, gut metabolism of carbohydrates, and production of kidney stones. It’s a form of citric acid, so it will have benefits to calcium handling in the body, and that implies other benefits may be found in the future.As to whether it “works”, that depends on each person. Some will see benefit, and some will not. I’m trying it for kidney stones, so we’ll see in a month or two.However, the capsules are the most sticky of any I have ever had. EVERY time, they get stuck past my epiglottis. No other capsules, tablets, etc do this to me. Extra water does not help. I have to eat food to push it past. I waited the first time, and the capsule ruptured. It burns a little, but not much. Just uncomfortable. Tastes sort of like lemon rind.According to the label, each capsule is 658mg of HCA (hydroxy-citric acid). It recommends 3 capsules per day. I spread these out, rather than taking them all at once. I also take other forms of citrate. Citrate reduces loss of calcium through the kidneys, and this did halt my stone growth.However, only HCA is implicated in possibly being able to shrink existing stones. Instead of waiting for further research, I’m testing on my self. Worst case, extra citrate.Since this is a supplement, it’s not FDA qualified medication. There are no guarantees of any benefits to anyone. It only means it is considered about as safe as food.

The people from Orphic sent me an e-mail and implored me to write a review, so here it is, they may not really like what I have to sat but this is my experience. I've been taking this product for about two months now and I don't see anything happening that I can point to this product and say, yes! This is doing it for me! Nope. I haven't lost much weight since I started taking this, maybe 5-6 pounds. I don't see how this product is helping me at all. The weight loss I've experienced may be due to my diet adjustment and activity increase. I feel like I have more energy but that could be because of other adjustments I've made in my lifestyle, not because of the garcinia cambogia. I will give this product another round and if I don't notice anything I can attribute to this product, I won't be buying any more. I doubt Orphic really cares if this works or not, as PT Barnum said; "there's a sucker born every minute". There are plenty of fish to push this product on, they don't guarantee anything, it is just a "supplement", it's not guaranteed to do anything specific. Best thing I can say, it doesn't give my any side effects, so it doesn't seem to hurt any to take it, I just doubt it's efficacy at this point. If you buy this product, don't expect any miracles.

ive tried using this for acouple weeks now, firstly it does nothing. I have taken it before food, with food after food, it does not help curb appetite, if anything it makes me hungrier.Secondly, its very expensive considering the recommended dose is 2 pils twice a day, so youre taking 4 a day which mean this supply is enough for only 22 days, not even a month, which the cost being over $1 a day.Anyways complete way of money, and its not the "strongest" on the market as the bottle claims.

Pretty excited about this product, quick delivery to Australia, I was happy that I found a good quality Garcina at 95% HCA rather than the standard 60% HCA Garcina's that you find in your local chemists, still starting out using it and waiting on results, but overall good product.
