Works for me when I want to fend off a cold or flu. At the very first signs of discomfort I take 2 pills along with 5 grams of vitamin C then repeat 2 hours later. If symptoms continue I will repeat the process at the end of the day. The bottle states one can take up to 2 pills 3 times a day for immune therapy. I will continue until wellness is achieved usually within a day or two. If not taken at the first signs of discomfort then the process may take some days to recover your health.
