First chair taught me all of my mistakes. The key to assembly is to leave all the upper chair fasteners for the seat and back webbing loose until they are all in, then snug them all up and finally tighten all of them. If you do that, you will have no problems. I assembled the last two chairs simultaneously in 30 minutes. Sitting in them was so comfortable and rewarding with overall firm support, lumbar support, great head rest position. ..... I cannot encourage you enough to choose your color and start enjoying. Remember, seat and back panel fasteners in loosely before progressively tightening. The small hex head key provided is perfect for assembling. I used a socket and ratchet tool to assemble the bottom base.

We feel good about the look, comfort and functionality. The assembly was a little more difficult than was expected and should be done by a physically capable person, and for part of the assembly two people would be great.

The chairs(8 of them) arrived fairly quickly and in 4 boxes. The instructions were simple and straightforward. The tools that come with it, to assemble, are awkward and hard to use. The chairs themselves were great quality and matched perfectly with the table we already had. It took about 20 minutes a chair to assemble, but well worth it!

We needed to replace our outdoor chairs so went looking for some new ones on Amazon. We found these and are very happy with the quality and design of them. Very comfortable, you don’t need extra cushions, and very sturdy. A definite buy!

The media could not be loaded.  These chairs are great in looks and very sturdy. I was looking for something easy to manage as in easy to clean and waterproof and these are it. Love that these are swivel also. Their sturdiness and quality shows how much it will last. The size was perfect for my balcony and my kids easily gets on and off and takes good use of the swivel part. It was also very easy to assemble although it took a bit longer than it should because my husband assembled them alone.

Arrived sooner than expected, which was great. Packaging was slightly damaged, but mostly minor stuff. Arm rest had some damage (not from packaging but likely poor construction - see photo)Extra screws and washers were included, which was appreciated.Assembly was extremely unpleasant. Instructions were four pictures. They were not well labeled. In the first picture you need to realize that the zoomed in illustration that shows the order of washers and nut on the screws is actually flipped upside down! There is no detailed image to show how to attach the seat and back to the armrest. There are also no words, and the most important part is to realize the screws cannot be tightened until everything is attached and aligned or you will never be able to finish assembly. My first chair took two people 2.5 hours to assemble, some damage from a stripped screw in trying to assemble and then disassemble to make everything fit. The second chair took one person 45 minutes to assemble.The screws need a socket wrench and Allen wrench, for which the junky assembly versions are provided, and are very annoying to use.As for the finished chair, I’ve built two thus far. They’re both very firm to sit on, almost like a wooden park bench. I expected a little more give to the seat. It’s not “uncomfortable”, but it’s not exactly comfortable either. The rocking function is like 10-15 degrees at most, much less than other similar chairs I’ve sat on. I would not consider this a “rocker.” The spinning aspect of the chairs is fine. The seats are about an inch lower down than I expected. It does feel a little low when I sit down. And of the two chairs I assembled already, the second one has a very slight slant to the seat in which the left side is very slightly higher than the right. It’s a tilt that I can feel, but it is slight.Overall, the chairs are cheap enough to not make me go through the hassle of disassembling and returning them (assuming the rest are not worse). But I wouldn’t buy them again.

These chairs were easy to put together fast and comfortable, and the swivel makes it easy to sit down and get up.
