Being a very avid taster of various hot sauces, I find that the Tapatio Sauce is a very tasty, yet mild sauce that adds nothing but flavor to my fish and mexican food. I use these little packets at our local restaurants that don't even carry a true hot sauce (sorry, but Tabasco is not a Mexican Hot Sauce). I have been a fan of Tapatio since I watched them build the factory in Los Angeles, Ca. The Shipping on this package was fast as was the ordering process. Another Amazon WIN!
