Good product
We got it delivered and then let it fill full of air for a couple of days. Then we put it on the bed. That night I got my first chance to try it out.It is a good product. Research shows that elevating the head of the bed a little more than 7 inches will stop acid reflux in most people. However, I have a severe case and it did improve it, but did not stop it. Consequently I had to continue taking some medicine to stop it.I bought the California king size. I noticed that my wife's snoring was reduced some by it. But it also seemed to be hotter than the original mattress. That could be fixed by putting the mattress on top.But I have decided that I would prefer to find a split California king size wedge and have it only on my side. My wife complained that she found herself sliding down to the foot of the bed. I did not have much trouble with that and have adjusted to it.

It’s working better than expected
We bought this for my husband who needed his feet higher than his heart while he slept. The wedge was in the 2 covers crooked and the resulting creases prevented the wedge from inflating to the fullest. With considerable effort we removed the covers. The wedge inflated to an acceptable height, is comfortable, and is working it’s magic so well that we were able to take him off one of his prescribed medications. Thank you so much

Works, comfortable, no significant slope issues
As others noted this works surprisingly well for acid reflux, just as doctor advised an incline or bed wedge would. But my high rating is mostly because it didn’t cause problems I worried a sloping incline might cause. This is possibly because the grippy sided cover provides enough friction, or the slope is mild enough not to cause much fabric drift.I had worried that I, my futon or foam topper would slide down by gravity along the slope, or the incline might be uncomfortable. There is a grippy side to the wedge cover. I chose to place the wedge under my futon (yes, not a mattress but a Japanese shikifuton approx queen size) with the grippy side up, gripping the futon above it (and a foam topper atop the futon). The futon, which is on top of the wedge, hasn’t slid measurably at all after about a month despite the slope. The foam on top of the futon slipped an inch or two gradually over a month of use (not hard to readjust, and only need to after about a month). I don’t slide at all while sleeping, though my lighter weight spouse tends to end the night somewhat lower than she starts, but she says she is fine and comfortable. I don’t notice the incline until I get up, when I feel it gives a bit of subtle lift as I sit up in the direction of the downward slope. So basically no problems and a big advantage in reducing discomfort from acid stomach.I chose this wedge because of the grippy-sided cover. Unpacking, it took a bit of space to let the compressed foam inflate over three days - luckily we had a spare bed to use for that. It expanded to the full advertised 7” on head side and 1” at toe side, with a flat, even surface along the slope. After about a month it seems to hold up well, firm enough to support the futon and topper and two adults without noticeable sag or dip under our weight. I hope that continues to be the case over time. Wish we had this earlier- really improves the reflux discomfort.

To early to tell
just arrived and ,only used for two nights....But after it inflated the cover was very difficult to put on. To small and does not fit..The bottom of the foam is rolled up and we can't fix it. Disappointing

Helps stop coughing at night
Comes with light weight cover and zippered quilted cover. Cover has non slide bottom. Fit full bed good. It is very firm which it needs to hold its shape. I had a 2" memory foam topper, but it was not enough. I had to switch to a 4" topper that I had to prevent waking up sore. It does stop my coughing at night and morning. It is easy to sleep on, you don't feel the incline like you do with pillows. I would recommend, but you might need to add a topper for comfort.

Works great for a short time if…
You move a lot or are very small. It forms around your body so your always either in a hole or on a hill after a while.
