Hotel Comfort Memory Foam Hypoallergenic Pillow, Natural, King

I had tried the Hotel Comfort from other sellers and had very bad experiences. The pillows were hard & lumpy. Not at all comfortable. I returned them all & tried these. They are wonderful. I have a bad vertebra in my neck and have a hard time finding pillows I can use. These are perfect. Soft but supportive all at once. Very comfortable & no neck pain in the morning. My husband likes a softer pillow & I like firm but oddly enough, we both love these.Also, excellent customer service. I had a problem with one of the pillows and the seller took care of it right away.

I bought these because of the great reviews and was so excited to get them. So let me say I gave this a 3 star because my husband loves the pillow and I hate it. Yes, the one who couldn't wait to get these pillows hates them. That's why the 3 stars- I went in the middle to average out mine and my husbands reviews. He loves the firmness and says his shoulders and neck are well supported and no longer wakes up with a stiff neck. He gets a great nights sleep on these. I on the other hand find the pillow way to hard. Yes your head will make the pillow contour to you but it's still like laying on a contoured rock. Ok so maybe that is just the nature of memory foam, or maybe it needs a few weeks of (breaking in), we will see. I guess all I can really say is that you don't know until you try it for yourself- I know that May not be all that helpful to you but hey comfort is an individual thing.

This is a really nice pillow. It is heavy so if you're one of those people who like to toss your pillow around in your sleep; this may not make you happy. I am not usually one to prefer a firm pillow but this pillow molds itself to your shape and it's very comfortable. I have been sleeping great since I started using it. I have fought with insomnia my entire life, but with this pillow I fall asleep very quickly and wake up in the exact same position I fell asleep in. The reason for only 4 stars is that after a couple of nights, you have to treat it like a punching bag in order to restore it to it's original pillow shape. The impression your head/shoulders leaves on the pillow has REAL staying power. :) Overall, I would definitely recommend this pillow to someone on a quest for the "perfect" pillow as this one comes really close.

These pillows are HORRIBLE! They have way too many memory foam chunks inside so you can only use these pillows to sit up with. If you tried to sleep on them your neck would be snapped into a 90 degree angle. They're ridiculously over-stuffed. They also have a VERY STRONG chemical odor form the memory foam. We have had them for over 2 months and they smell so strongly that we cannot leave them on our bed and must continue airing them out. The smell goes into our mattress and sheets and only comes out if we re-wash everything. I feel that this is simply a way for mattress companies to make $$$ off of their mattress off cuts and if we could have squashed them back into the packaging - we would have returned them.

Recently we bought 3 pillows that were of the Hotel Comfort brandname from the Sam's club near our home. Those are the best pillows I have ever slept on. This is not the brand name "Hotel Comfort". Infact it is nothing like the Hotel Comfort Bamboo pillows sold at Sam's Club. Upon arrival I found that the pillow was very lumpy and the foam was very hard. Definately not the same quality memory foam, and did not retain it shape. Had I known that it was not the brand name Hotel Comfort, I would have not bought this pillow. The title is misleading, it is simply saying the pillow is hotel comfort, but does not mean it is the brand name Hotel Comfort.

This pillow is amazing. When you feel it, you will probably think it is kind of firm. However, please give it a chance. It is like one of those mattress toppers. It goes back into shape when your head comes off the pillow. It gives you great neck support. I was always a solid, heavy sleeper, but then I started to feel achy and I heard every noise. I just wasn't getting a good night's rest. With this pillow I am back to being a solid, happy sleeper. I find nothing in the world can make you feel better than sleeping well at night. Just don't be hasty in your judgment and give it a night or two. You will love it.

I bought 2 Pillows. I use mine and like, and love it depending on the night. The pillows at first took forever to fluff up. The dyer helped a lot. One pillow is useable it is so full of memory foam it hasn't become usable. When I have time I will open up the pillow and take some foam out. The inside part that holds the foam is sealed off. I will need to cut it open. There is no cover between the memory foam and the bamboo cover.The bamboo cover is hard to get off and on for washing. It is hot if you plan on using alone. Pillow cases stay put and don't move all around the pillow.With the pillow case on the pillow is NOT HOT. Oh and don't plan on keeping the bag it comes in. I ripped both trying to get the pillows out and there is no way it will go back in there.

Can't say enough good things about this pillow!!! I have TMJ disorder, and much to my surprise, this pillow has greatly helped the pain. It lives up to the hype. It does stay cooler against your face than regular pillows. It took me awhile to get used to the pillow, because I've always preferred thinner, flatter pillows. I'm so very happy with my bamboo pillow!A relative wanted to try mine (I'm very weird about sharing pillows, makes me cringe). She loved my pillow so much she bought one for herself.I've seen other posts & Q & A's about these bamboo pillows. Mine did not come with an odor. I did have to kneed it & fluff it out. I strongly suggest using it with a pillow case.

This seems like a copy of the original. And not a very good one. It's ok at best, the texture and comfort is not the same as the original we bought from a local seller.

It's fantastic. Firm but also plush and cradles your head. No smell at all. Side sleeper.
