HunterSprinkler PCZ10140 Drip Zone Control 1-Inch Kit with 40 PSI Pressure

Unfortunately, the solenoid had two red wires and no black wire for proper attachment to the timer node. (As I have only one station there should have been one black wire and one red wire.) I tried attaching one red wire to the node black wire, and then reversed them but the valve did not open and close by the timer. Luckily the solenoid from my old control was still working so I used it and now the system is working properly.
