Saved the day in my backyard!
Just moved to a new spot and both outdoor faucets had a back flow preventer. This made it adaptable for my standard garden house. The process is easy to install, but uninstalling the backflow preventer is tricky: I used a wrench to remove the bottom attachment, which was a process. BUT attaching this piece was as simple as screwing it on. Heavy duty material, and seems like it'll last for a while. Definitely recommend!

Please correct your description or include a washer as advertised. Otherwise, it is a good fit for a 1.125 (1 1/8") to standard hose fitting adapter.
