Q: No color K or anything close to it was included in the kit. Is there a way to be sent just that

I adjusted my work to include the colors given

Q: Is there a way to find the center or the top? because my pattern does not match my canvas and it says work horizontally.

I think I remember that there was a mark for the top center. I did the pattern tarting with the flowers that I could match to the pattern and did one small square at a time. Easier to find where you are on the pattern that way. Going horizontally in each small square works, but not all the way across the whole pattern. By the way, it looks really nice when finished. But it took longer that I thought it would. I stared at the bottom as it is easier to keep the yarn out of the way. If you start at the top, the hook is running up into what you have done.
