A rosé of Negroamaro, this rosato is a pretty nail polish pink. Loads of watermelons and strawberries with good brisk acidity. Finishes with a brisk nectarine note. While this would make a great Summertime sipper, I can see this wine pairing well with Fall and Winter dishes.
