This was a wedding gift to one of my closest friends, she opened and the clasp won't close! Her wedding was post the 30 days return policy and they won't take this back. She returned me so I could return but here I am still hanging with the defected watch! Michael Kors, hopefully you will connect and replace/refund this watch.Since when did the manufacturing defect become a customer's issue? I didn't expect this from Michael Kors!!
