The product tingles a bit after application unless you mix it with your moisturizer. As the cream dries your skin might itch a little. My pimples caused by rossaecea are drying up and the redness is gone. If this cream keeps on doing a good job, I'll buy this again. By the way, it's runny. Be careful when using.

i’m 53 yo and have large pores thru my t-zone and rosacea on my chin. most facewashes make my skin feel tight, aggrevate my rosacea, and irritate my eyes. this facewash left my skin feeling soft and smooth, and didn’t irritate my eyes or aggrevate the rosacea on my chin. however, it did clog my pores which caused blackheads and whiteheads. it has coconut oil on the ingredient list so that could be the culprit. unfortunately i had to return it for a refund.
