FAB StarpointPokemon All Over Print 16 inch Blue Backpack with Multi Characters including Pikachu

The handle on the top of the backpack came off after just a few uses. The bag itself has great color & design, but it seems to be wearing down on the bottom of the bag pretty quickly. All in all great bag for the price.

Received one of these backpacks and had a broken handle as soon as I opened it.Sent that one back, and got a replacement, after about a weeks worth of use the handle broke on the replacement. We haven't been putting heavy items in it like textbooks or anything because my kid is in pre-school so it was literally a change of clothes.Item is adorable but not sturdy at all. Do not buy.Wish I could get my money back.

My son loves it, and it's much better quality than other Pokemon backpacks we've had or looked at. The construction seems pretty solid, and he's used it for about 6 months now with no issues. The elastic on the sides for water bottles has held up much better than other backpacks he's had. Some folks have mentioned that there is no pokeball keychain on it, and I hadn't even realized that was in the photo - and indeed, it did not come with that. And the description is slightly off, since the pattern is as pictured - just Pikachu, Bulbasaur Squirtle and Charmander. We like that the pattern is bold and different from other Pokemon backpacks we've seen, so it's easier to pick out and less likely to get confused with someone else's. And it's the perfect size for a 7 or 8 year old.

Overall, it is well sewn together. However, as previous reviews have mentioned, the top loop that serves as the grab handle comes off easily. The backpack is loaded with a few Pokemon tin box, and one side of the top loop came out (see photo) the moment the little kid lift the backpack via the top loop.Recap:Overall sturdiness: 4 stars.Point Durability: 1 star.Value for item at $12: 5 stars.

The backpack is so cute! Seemed to be a really good quality, but the first day my kiddo used this back pack for school, the handle at the top ripped off and the straps are starting to fray away from the backpack. I just hand sewed them back on, but was disappointed that they didn’t last even one day. It is otherwise a great quality and the nicest design Pokémon backpack I found!

Very well made. I bought this backpack for my son starting 3rd grade this year. We are now almost halfway through the school year and it is still in 'like new' condition. I think in previous years I have bought back to school back packs at the store rather than on Amazon and not one of the store bought back packs held up as well as this one has so far. I have to say, I was a little weary of buying his book bag online, not knowing what the quality would be like until it was delivered but I'm so glad I did because this bag was worth every penny!

This backpack has a super cute print, but is so poorly made. The top loop broke the second day my first grader used it. There’s hardly anything in his backpack. Just a folder and lunchbox. After the first week of use, it now looks like the strap is going to detach as well. I also wish it was a little more spacious. We have trouble just getting those 2 items in it.

This is exactly what I was looking for for my Pokémon loving son! I wanted something a little more durable than the plasticy character type bags you usually see. This backpack looks nice and seems well made.
