8x4 Solar Brick Landscape Light, 6 Cool White LEDs, Textured Glass Rectangle Paver, Waterproof, Outdoor Use, No Wires Easy to Install - Rechargeable Battery Included

I recently put pebbles next to my driveway so I was searching for solar lights that go well with the pebbles. At first I bought one "12 LED Cool White" from the same seller just to try out. The light is bright and sometimes lasts the whole night even in the winter when it's not too cloudy during the day. However, the black base does not look the best with the pebbles.With the confidence in the light's brightness and operation time, I bought six "6 LED Cool White" that are made of heavy glass on 5 sides (except the bottom). According to the spec, this should have longer operation time but dimmer. To my surprise, they are still bright. I uploaded a few pictures to show how it looks during the day and night. They are not too obvious to disrupt the pebble band during the day. But at night when they light up, they create a visual effect that is very different from the usual solar stick lights. I places these lights 2.5 feet apart.The "12 LED Cool White" is certainly brighter than the 6-LED version but not twice as bright. It is also not as heavy as the 6-LED because only the top plate is made of glass (and a much thinner glass). I can see that water may get in for the 12-LED but not the 6-LED.

When these lights work, they fair well!I purchased a few of them and strewed them around my backyard and the difference at night is amazing!The best part about purchasing these lights is the customer service I received. I purchased the lights last year and I was only able to install them this year. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, half the lights weren’t working properly. After a few emails with customer service and troubleshooting the possible issues, they sent me six new lights free of charge! This is past any return window and probably past any warranty I had, but because of their professionalism and helpful attitude, I was able to install functional lights and appreciate how well this product works!

If you have interlocking pavers then these will not fit. Even if the paver is brick size. There are 3 or 4 vertical ridges that are on the sides of interlocking pavers that need to be chiseled down in order for this light to fix. They should be made a 1/4" or 3/8" smaller

The solar bricks are great until they stop working. Had to buy another one to replace one of the bricks that stopped working. Replaced the battery but it still did not work. These bricks are a bit expensive so I would expect them to last longer than the solar lights you buy at the store.

Update: After my review, the seller contacted me through Amazon and offered a refund. I should have contacted them when I had the issue initially even though it was outside of the return period. I didn't expect it but greatly appreciated it. While I do believe there are some quality issues with the product, if you have issues, contact the seller as they will work with you.Don't waste your money. Three out of the six I ordered didn't work. The on/off switch is broken on all of them. Unfortunately, I was waiting to put them out when we finished landscaping and didn't check to make sure they all worked during the return window. One was shipped with broken/missing chunk of glass (there were no pieces of glass in the box so it was shipped that way). Two of the ones that didn't work had dirt on the bottom so it appears they had previously been returned by another buyer - probably because the on/off switch doesn't work. This was a pretty expensive I made, not checking to make sure they worked when I first got them. I definitely would never order these again.

These are good quality, however we did have one stop working and they replaced it right away

Bought 10 a few months back and already a few don't work.

These lights were so easy to install. I took out my old porch brick lights and simply replaced with these. Hardly any effort to put these in. And these really make our front porch look great at night!
