I am a diabetic so do not eat any sugary things no matter whether it is sugar free tablets or anything. This protein powder is very very sweeter than normal i felt in first drink. I would never recommend this product for any diabetic patient at all. I think a sweet cake could be better made with this.

Very tasty, comes in amazing air tight packaging. Mixes well with water and milk . Go for it , if you want to replace any of your snacks with this healthy drink .
