Would have liked it if the cable was detachable at the power box so you could charge indoors

The media could not be loaded.  These have been installed about a month now and seem to work fine. Probably won’t be so great in the shorter daylight days but not worried because they are easy to charge up via USB. 30mm hole to drill to fit them. I found that was a little too tight so I did 32mm holes then used so silicone to hold them tight and also help keep water out. They look nice. Not too bright but certainly not dim. A bit pricey but as long as they last then I’m hopeful that they’ll be worth it.

Had them for 3 months now and they are brilliant, easy to install, look good and hold the solar charge really well. I have ordered an extra battery for the winter to help with the dim day light.

These solar powered decking lights are great if you have minimal electrical knowledge to be able to hook proper ones up to the mains.They are solar powered, but can also be recharged via USB too.Installation is pretty straightforward with a little DIY knowledge.The lights themselves give off a warm glow and although not the brightest, still set a nice ambiance.All in all, they're a good solar alternative to mains powered decking lights.I hope you found this review helpful.

These were used to illuminate the drive, however the light requires a 30mm flat drill bit which turns our to be quite rare

The media could not be loaded.  Fitting these lights was very straightforward. They daisy chain one to the next, terminating in the solar panel which also houses the battery and control unit. I found that one of the lights had a bit of a dodgy connection, which meant that it flickered on and off. Unfortunately, this meant that all the lights connected after this light in the chain also flickered the same. Fortunately, I found this out through testing before installation, so I could move that light to the end of the chain and really try to secure the connection to that one tightly.The two light settings (half and full) are fine - half for winter and full for summer when there is more sunlight to charge through the day. They are really easy to fit at about 30mm in diameter. As long as you drill with a 30mm hole saw, the rims are about 45mm wide so you have about 10-15mm to play with. You can drill with a larger hole saw for easier installation but you'll need to pad out the hole or stick them down if it's not a tight fit.They are a nice set of lights that don't require an additional external power source. My advice if you get these is to test them all beforehand and plan your installation carefully - measure twice!

I purchased two sets of these solar lights one set works perfectly but the second set does not come on automatically .I switched the solar panels and the fault is in one of the panels.I contacted seller for replacement and they informed me because I bought this through amazon that cannot give me a replacement.These lights are fitted to my decking and I feel let down by this problem.
