Received my updated screen and was pleasantly surprised that it worked perfectly and was an easy install. I will keep monitoring it for a couple more days and will let you know how it goes.

Upgraded massage seat access is great. Mounting bracket provides solid installation.

One plug. You have to get this if you get the after market CarPlay unit too. You never have to go back into the old outdated handover system again.

Item is not as good as the seller describing! The customer service is NONE when you ask questions! The one I got it has some issues and I am willing to work with seller for either fixing/exchanging, but no response? Perhaps I have no choice but returning it.

Easy to install and navigate through the menus

It looks great but in my 2017 L405 it was a little bit dim in the day but the biggest issue was my seat heater controls in the rear stopped working when this was installed. They could still be controlled from the front screen but you could no longer turn them on or off with the rear controls.

The media could not be loaded. This part is SIMPLE to install, took about 10 minutes total. After you get the trim off, 4 screws to remove the top screen bracket, and 4 screws to remove the old AC control unit, then you simply plug it in, screws back in, trim back on, and done. Easy. My Range Rover looked fine before, but this made the old unit look like garbage! It’s sleek, clean looking, and made my 2014 look like a brand new Rover.Land Rover wanted $1,000 for a replacement unit for the original analog AC console, my buttons were getting sticky and worn, this part, at this price is not only better than the OEM, but half the dealer price. There’s nothing I dislike, it doesn’t feel cheap, and it looks like it was made to be there by the factory.Only thing I can’t figure out is how to get to the massage settings, I have to go through a few more steps with the top screen whereas the button on the original would take you straight there. The button on this unit SHOULD do that, maybe I need to research it more. But once you’re on the top screen, this screen reacts and shows the massage settings working.100% buy this unit, even just as a visual upgrade, like I said my 2014 looks like a new model now.
