These swaddles are literally made for gargantuan mammoth babies. I added a picture comparing them to a different swaddle brand (which also fit semi-loose and baby had to grow before it worked well) and these are so much larger than even those. Now that my baby is 2 months old and almost 14lb I finally had to cave and sew them to fit more snuggly(picture shown), because by the time these hot air balloon sized swaddles fit her she will be able to roll and they will be useless. They are a cute design and soft fabric, but that really doesn’t matter when they are completely ineffective. This says they are good 7-14lb and to be honest I don’t even think these would swaddle a baby well UNTIL 14lb. Width wise I could swaddle my 35lb toddler in these.

These are just awesome!! The designs are super cute & classy and the material is great.The swaddles have a nice soft touch to them and they're thick enough to keep my baby warm. The material is cotton so although it keeps your baby warm, it doesn't get stuffy.The Velcro on these is high quality and superior to others on the market.To put the cherry on top you get four so you'll never run out! :D

This is my first baby and these are the only swaddles I bought so I have nothing to compare it to.. However, as you can see from the photo, the black stripes are already stretched to the point of "breaking" after only one use. This is minutes after I first put it on my baby. And the stitching seems to be compromised right away. Mind you, my newborn is a pretty chill baby. He doesn't sqirm or fuss a lot so the integrity of this item is a little concerning. I'll give 3 stars simply because I do like the designs. I wouldn't buy again.

Cheap material and they are too big to go around a baby young enough to be swaddled. In other words, by the time my twins are big enough to use these effectively, they will be rolling around and too old to be swaddled. The patch where the Velcro needs to attach isn’t placed effectively enough or wide enough to use with smaller or average sized babies.

I purchased these for the cute patterns and reasonable price. I ended up having to buy the more expensive brand name swaddles because the lack of quality in these. My son is 2 months/10lbs and these are still too large for him. He will probably run out of leg room before fitting the width. The Velcro ruins clothes in the wash, so wash separately. The material around the Velcro curls and the patterns on the swaddle fade. Poor quality, even though they’re cute I definitely would gift them.

These are huge. I bought them for my newborn son who is 6.9 lbs and 20 inch long and they are so high I would have to wrap it around him like twice but he was able to break free. If you have a big baby they would maybe work but for a smaller baby definitely not. They were good quality and soft but just super big.

The swaddles are super light great for summer nights. If you have a small baby they will be really big and she’ll get out of it pretty easily. Otherwise, great value for the money and you’ll really enjoy the ease of getting the baby ready at night.

As another commenter said, the sizing is not consistent. Almost all of them are too short formy soon who is 22 inches long and almost 11 pounds. Some of them are also almost unusable because the Velcro is placed too far apart and doesn't fit snuggly enough so my adorable but squirmy offspring Houdinis his way out quick.However the fabric is fantastic, I love the pattern(though it does fade a bit quickly) and the"Velcro" is a different method that doesn't snag as Much. I'll be revolting those that don't fit to a mom with a shorter and wider kiddo.
