I use for Liver health

They are large, but would rather take it once a day instead of having to take two or more including my other meds to remember. The only thing I noticed that is a downfall, is if I burp, there is this weird taste. Like when people complain about fish oil supplements. I'll update when I get a liver test. Never had a bad liver though.

I want to start with saying that the claims about whether all the ingredients work to retain your liver health have not been fully studied. Also, many users, including myself, do not have liver problems, and take these products in the hope that they will promote good health. It is a passive action from the supplement, so it is not possible to know how well they work, unless we get sick. With that preamble, I assume you are looking at taking this product after doing due research as to its benefits to you.I am giving it 5 stars because it has what is known to be of potential benefit for liver health. The primary ingredient being Milk Thistle Extract, with support from the other ingredients listed in the Adaptogens category. The liver vitamins and amino acids category has ingredients with less research behind them. But taken together, these may provide additional benefits. The manufacturer is giving you a cocktail of everything that has a history of possible liver benefit. They seem to have done their research. If you take this, and never have a problem with your liver, well, these may have contributed to the outcome. Finally, I would not give it 5 stars if it did not have quality assurance. This product displays a seal of GMP (good manufacturing process). That's good, but more assurances, such as 3rd party testing, or FDA registered lab, would be even better. It also says "halal". That I don't understand. The word is not applicable to chemical compounds.

This is a big pill to swallow, so can be difficult for some. Even so I do believe it has helped
