It does come wIth back panel. Exactly what comes stock on harness just longer straps.

The back panel that allows for more airflow picture is correct. The image with the black plate on the back is incorrect. That image is the scout XL straps. We will have it removed.

Q: Will these work for the molle model?

No. It has no straps/webbing to be attached to anything by a molle strap and it has no straps/webbing to attaching anything to it that way. Otherwise, it is a well made, very useful product.
