At work I started getting complements about my hair will keep buying.

I trust Dr Mercola's products and was excited to finally find a hair, skin and nails supplement that didn't make me sick after taking it. I'm disappointed to learn that the biotin is synthetic. That seems like a bad thing, but I haven't done enough research to know for sure. That said, I desperately wanted this to work for my nails. My nails are so short because they chip and break and it's painful. I'm almost through my second bottle and I have seen absolutely no difference. The search continues.

I saw results within finishing the bottle. I reordered and bought additional collagen capsules for added benefits. I grind them in my coffee grinder and blend them in juice, a open the hair skin and nails capsules and pour that in to blend as well. I do this at my first meal at 1o'clock and again before bed. My hair seams more relaxed, a little silkier and a little longer. I have thin, stawberry blond hair now going grey. I do see much improvement. Thanks for this product.

Have only been using the product for about 14 days so it isn’t possible yet to comment on efficacy. However as a Mercola product I anticipate that it will work and my hair will become healthy, thick and lustrous!
