Have only used the lightweight one so far. Very easy to put on. Comfortable wide bands don’t dig into your legs. The nonstick backing keeps them from slipping. The ends are well sewn together, look like they’ll take a lot of use without breaking or falling apart.

Functions exactly as described. All the bands received have been tested in a workout and all work perfectly. I love that it comes in a carrying pouch for connivence. There is also a Manuel with example workouts provided.

I love these bands so much!! I'm glad I got these instead of a latex material. Although I don't use them as much as I would like, they are very comfortable on and seem way more expensive than they were. I wish they came with a lil bag or something to keep the bands in. Otherwise, they are durable, high quality and I love the colors!!
