Hinge lasted 3 months
The media could not be loaded. Bought these 8/22 and by December the hinge had broken so that I can barely open the oven. Return window has closed.

Whole Parts is unresponsive
We ordered a part using the OEM part number but it does not match the original component. After an extensive search of their web site, I found a way to send an email to them. After four business days, I have not received an acknowledgement or a response.

Perfect replacement hinges.
I ordered two replacement hinges for my Thermador Professional 36 inch range. They were an exact match for the original hinges and worked perfectly!!!
