I gifted this cross to my Mom while undergoing chemo. She loved everything about this cross. The smell, the way it was crafted. Simply beautiful. I’m so sad to see it no longer available, I recently lost my grandma, her mom & while her stay at the hospital wasn’t a great one. My Mom kept it by grandmas bedside. While they had my grandma running in/out of rooms to the ICU (for months on end) hoping for the best. The cross got lost along the way at the hospital. I wanted to buy it for my mom again but I don’t see it available … 💔 Overall this cross had so much meaning and I’m torn of the hospitals negligence

I purchased this as a gift, the wood is beautiful, and almost completely smooth, there was 1 small rough spot under one of the bends, I'm on the fence on the issue. Yes, I would have preferred it to be completely smooth...but this is hand carved, and 1 small imperfection...meh... just the right size to hold in the palm of your hand. The receiver also thought it to be special and the gift was appreciated. A follow up email was received from the seller providing a further explanation of the woods history. The cross came boxed for presentation and timely. I would recommend this product.

The cross is smooth and solid. The wood is pretty. I bought it because of being from olive wood from Bethlehem--for a friend whose wife has passed away and their last trip was there. I hoped it would provide a tangible reminder of their love. The (for me big) drawback is that the description said it would be 4 1/2 inches long which was barely big enough for his hands. The actual cross wasn't even 4 inches long. It is just much smaller than most hand crosses I've seen, which was disappointing. It doesn't fit as well in the hand as a slightly bigger one would.

My niece is very religious and when I found this Holy Land olive wood cross I knew it was right for her. She loves it and is very happy with it.

Not thrilled AT ALL!! Very ROUGH--not sanded properly & do not fit the hand like one I bought elsewhere for my husband. They are half- hazardously sneared with some kind of clear lacquer. They are supposed to absorb a human's hand so the body oils penetrate. This is second set I bought. Gave them away at a cancer center. Obviously in storage a LONG time. Couldn't get tape off one I ordered separately from the 10. I only got One & not 2 I ordered! I also don't like RED or BLACK Color choices for THE Pouches. I really am embarrassed to GIVE THEM TO PEOPLE. Would like to give it a minus 10 stars!

Bought this as a gift for a friend. He found it beautiful and tells me its very comforting and fits perfect in his palms. I just love gifts like these because they are made with wood without hurting our environment
