Hardly any difference in patch colour when taken off the following morning

Not fit for purpose
They don’t stick to your feet properly and fall off as the tape they provide to secure them with is not strong enough to hold them in place. They kept falling off and therefore didn’t work.I tried two sets and it happened both times. Very poor product

Not Sure They Do Anything
I ordered these because I do suffer from somewhat restless legs at night and frequent foot/toe cramps, so I thought - why not give them a try? So I have, every night, and I'm sorry to say that, apart from noticing the discolouration on the pads each morning, I cannot personally attest to any of the health benefits claimed for them. However, that may be just "me", but I can only say as I find. I gave them a try.
