Pet Stain odor remover is very strong, use sparingly. I mainly use this for our Rescue because even though she has full access to the outside on occasion she still spots in the house. She can not be left to run free in the house. She requires supervision and limited room access in all rooms but she is a sweet girl that has had a hard life so we try to be patient and catch her in the act to redirect her.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. I originally only gave this product a 2 star review, but I have since changed to 5 stars. I had only found this to work well in removing pet odor (urine in particular) from hard surfaces. I've tried so many products and none really work as well as I want them to. I decided to give the M&P spray another chance. I have a cat that peed in his soft crate on the way to the vet. I sprayed the M&P liberally in the carrier, followed the instructions on the bottle, and then left it out to dry in the sun. A few hours later, the smell was completely gone! Cat urine! So i decided to try the spray on a rug that one of my dogs with extreme anxiety keeps peeing on. I was contemplating throwing the rug away, but tried this spray on it... again, applying LIBERALLY and lathering up the product until there were suds. I left it to dry and it really worked! The smell was gone! That area rug has so many stains underneath it (from where the urine has soaked through) that I am planning to bring it outside and really use the M&P spray on both sides and let it sit in the sun to dry. The reason I came back to this spray is because I find that it's one of the few sprays that I can handle the smell of. I actually LIKE the smell (it reminds me of my angsty teenage years and a certain store at the mall i would hang out at, haha). Most other sprays give me a headache or I just start hating the smell because I associate it with cat and dog pee. I still don't really recommend this for removing actual stains, but for removing urine smell, this is now my go-to product.

I rescued an area rug. I thought I could use the rug on my lanai to replace the one that got moldy. It had obvious pee marks but was in good shape otherwise. I'm a pet lover and a little dog pee never hurt anyone. However, I have young grandchildren so I ordered this product thinking it was magic...it's not. I paid $20 for this spray and I'm disappointed. It did get rid of the vinegar odor. You see, after the rescue, I doused the rug in white vinegar, hosed it off and left it to dry in my driveway. Don't buy it.

I purchased this product based solely on reviews; hoping for the best outcome, but prepared myself to be let down because nothing destroys cat urine, right? Wrong!!! This spray worked. I followed the instructions and did not deviate from them. I noticed a huge difference within hours of the initial application. The very next day, approximately 24 hours later, I reapplied the product exactly as instructed on the bottle and awoke the next morning to absolutely zero smell!!! I'm elated! I'm telling absolutely everyone I know with a cat (or any pet having indoor accidents) to purchase this product. The cost per ounce is costly, but it's worth it's weight in gold! Truly!! Do not hesitate to purchase this. Follow the instructions and you'll be just as thrilled with your purchase as I am with my purchase. The enzyme cleaner has also worked as a deterrent for my cat. With new "training cat attract litter" and this product I feel confident the indoor urination will not happen again. Thank you to the person who invented this formula. I owe you a giant hug!!

I've tried them ALL. I had a Bengal boy with kidney failure for 4-1/2 years. Now I have a rescued F1 Bengal (half Asian Leopard) who wants to be an only child and refuses to share a litter box, and being wild, she also wants to exhibit marking behavior around doors and windows. I had vinyl floors but after a house flood, I just put in carpet. I was really concerned. Not any more. Layla has had one "accident" on the carpet by the back door, and one on vinyl - in my pantry! In a small, closed-in space, where this product got the ultimate test from a wild cat, it completely eradicated any odor. She has not returned to the site of the first accident - and it's been a month. So, for the first, and I predict ONLY time, I'm giving 5 stars.

I have to admit, I was skeptical. We had a very bad dog pee situation. The pee had soaked into the carpet in our motorhome, and it was unbearable. We tried various home remedies with no success. When I got this, I was so frustrated and sick of the smell, I poured almost the entire bottle on the area and let it soak in overnight. We then used a wet vac to get it up. The difference is astounding. The only way I can smell it is to get down on my hands and knees and put my nose on the spot. I think I am going to repeat this procedure one more time. Hopefully the odor will not return. The smell is great, and not overpowering.
