Q: Could someone that normally wears XL wear the L size comfortably?

I’m a Medium/ Large (got a large) and the skirt was beyond way too short on me and I like really short skirts. I didn’t find myself ever fitting in it comfortably as my butt was almost fully out even if I tried to pull it down.

Q: How stretchy is the fabric?

Fabric is not stretchy at all but the side laces make the skirt fairly adjustable.
