I learned about this from Matisse at a personal cooking class at our rented villa in Tuscany. I ordered it that night. And when we returned home it had arrived. My husband had wanted a mandoline for a long time but the two I bought him were no good. THIS ONE IS GREAT!! Adjustable thickness of slices and it juliennes or cuts French fries perfect!! Get one!!
