This is a really nice product. All of the materials are very high-quality. It’s a much more comfortable design than some of the similar products on the market. The cooling gel stays at an effective therapeutic temperature for the full 20 minutes. Other cold therapy products that I have tried do not perform anywhere near the standard of this product.

If you get migraines like I do the colder the better. This gel doesn’t freeze . And with a headache migraine ie hot flashes you don’t want to get up and put it back into the freezer and wait until it gets ice cold. I want my headache pack to be frozen so I can fall asleep with the cold freeze and wake up an hour or 2 later with it still a little bit cold.

Headache relief --- Great for headache relief. The cap is very comfortable and stretched nicely. It stays cold for a while, it gives a comforting pressure without feeling too claustrophobic and the cool packs work really well. Also the material is quite soft and durable. Love it!
