Bought it for a stray cat in my area that I feed . It was very easy to put together the instructions are very clear and the parts are lettered so makes it simple it is waterproof very sturdy it is big enough for a normal sized cat it doesn’t seem to have any smell and i just put some blankets in there to help with the warmth

Excellent shelter, now just need to see if " it " will use it.Large and has an optional dual chamber so gives added shelter, the top also lifts up for access and cleaning. the felt is of a good quality as well.Assembly is very easy but use a hand screwdriver as the wood is soft, you run a high risk of damage if using an electric one.The instructions are easy to follow but barely needed, and there is a spare screw in each of the packsSo far cannot fault it and it should last a while

This was surprisingly easy to assemble by my daughter and I following visual instruction leaflet. I hadn’t checked all parts first before assembling when noticed one of the steps of the ladder was broken. I couldn’t be bothered sending it back for replacement so used superglue which did the trick. It is weatherproof so far (no leaky roof when the cat sits on the little veranda). But disappointing that cat entrance neither came with cat flap nor fits a standard cat flap. So the rain gets in and wets the little blanket towards the front. But I like the little veranda under the roof which shelters the food I leave out during the day while I’m at work. All in all a decent, sturdy cat house with very pretty bordering criss cross detail and value for money.

It is waterproof and cat sleeps in it. Great value for money. Size is good as my cat is a bigger size cat. Quality brilliant. Keeps the cat very dry and happy. Easy to put together

Pretty easy to put together, apart form the verandah bits which I struggled as no pre drilled holes.The wood isn't as sturdy as I'd imagined, but stable enough. Cat has used the box underneath but hasn't touched the steps or verandah. Such is life.

I bought two one for outside and one for inside my kittens loves her wee houses. Great value for moneySturdy and easy to assemble

It was a little smaller than I thought but maybe that’s because my cats are big! It’s quite sturdy and the cats use it and go inside it when it’s raining if they can’t get in the house. I’ve not seen either of them on the balcony yet …

Really good quality and so easy to put togther. Holes were all in the right places, looks much better than picture.

The package arrived early, putting it together was easy, as long as you have 2 people you don't need power tools. If you can put Ikea furniture together you can put this together with ease. Our 4 month old kitty loves her luxury condo...we have it in her cat room and she loves climbing the steps to sleep on the balcony. We also removed the door and she loves having her zen moments when she needs it. Overall we're all happy, great product, great purchase and great price.... It's also very sturdy!

It's not the strongest wood but when you put it all together it's pretty sturdy!!!! I am using it as a look out spot for my cat!! He's a big cat!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY, there company return policy is garage, they make you pay the delivery to return there product, the cost of delivery is more expensive then the product itself, and the wood they use to make this product is extremly cheap, I recomand you buy another product, Not from them

Easy to assemble and cute. I put an inexpensive outdoor seat cushion on mine.

This looks much better than the photo. The wood is a very warm wood tone. Lightweight but sturdy. We have 2 cats and one of them is 23 lbs so we needed something he could fit in and on. Lots of room for him inside and the top is strong enough. It did have a few rough edges but one little stroke of very fine sand paper or even a cloth works just fine. Very happy with it.
