I bought this book 6 months before my son graduated from high school and filled it out with very brief, personalized answers. I gave it to him with his graduation presents. I'm glad I bought it for him.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter’s birthday, she loved it. At first she opened it and as she realized I wrote on every page, she was so happy that I took the time to create a book of all the things I love about her. On days she is feeling down, I find her reading through it.

LOVE THIS! If your a mom to a son, you already know your going to cry thinking back on the memories. A couple of tips. Don't do this in a hurry. I made that mistake and didn't think out my responses. I still wrote good things, but after I thought of other/better things I could have written. Secondly, it is geared towards a middle to high school boy I think. My son is 19, and although I mush and gush all over him (and he just HATES it), some of the questions are a bit juvenile. Last, if your son is really young you might want to wait. You won't have the appropriate experiences of some of the questions yet to fill in a good answer. For example, One of the questions says "I like doing ____________with you when ____________. Well, I guess if you have a baby you could say, I like feeding you when your hungry? See what I mean? And the responses will make you think, so again, give yourself a few days. Read through the book and think about your answers. I wish I had.

I bought this book for my son’s 10th birthday. It was relatively quick and easy to fill out, and to my surprise he was genuinely touched while reading it. I think it would make a good gift ffrom a mother to a child of any age.

I bought 3 of these, one for each of my daughters. It was very nice to think back of things that have happened and to be able to give my girls a little something from me to them. The only thing is I wish that they were a little bigger. They are a little small but perfect for your purse, not that my girls would carry it on them. Otherwise, I really enjoyed writing a little something in each.
