I really like how cool it looks and how nice the black wood is on it . Its actually all made out of really good heavy , Tough wood . It can take a beating and It weighs the same as a samurai sword . I'm tempted to buy the smaller training wood sword because it's worth every penny.

Only issue I have was the Tsuba is hard plastic and it was broken in half when the bokken arrived. It's useless anyway. They should make the Tsuba out of hard rubber for a bokken but you don't really need that for a training sword so no big deal. Overall I like it and the price wasn't bad. Shipping was fast.

I’m so happy with my purchase ! I’ve always wanted a long Bokken. I bought the 45’ inch bokken. An it was a fantastic price. I didn’t want to by from a strange website. So I’m glade that Amazon has a retailer that sells these. I plan to use mine for Aikido practice and suburi training. I wonder if they would accidentally send me another one lol? In all seriousness it’s a great product. 5/5 !

I trained with it after having it for a week and it broke unfortunately but it looked amazing and was light weight enough.

Ordered this for sparring. When it arrived, it was made from weak, light wood. The wood was warped and had a crack in it, which had been painted over (so I know it didn't happen after it was shipped). I returned it and either UPS or the seller lost the package, so they reversed the refund 2 months later. Not happy with the product or the company.

It was sort of pretty straight out of the box...but if you hit anything with it for practice or fun, it will probably break. My son was chopping a fairly small bamboo growing in our yard and the sword cracked along the edge right away. I sanded it down and he just played with it for the day til it was in a couple pieces. Granted, he's a boy and hard on stuff, but I watched what he was doing and honestly he was hitting things like bush branches and bamboo...seems like the wood is truly very soft. Also, the hand guard won't stay in, so if you do buy this product, I'd say don't even bother putting the guard on. It will pinch your hand as it loosens up and then breaks.

Good practice sword, good for clobbering enemies

Very well made. The hand wrap is well done and secure.The plastic tsuba or hand guard is held in place by a rubber ring, and I found it very loose, making the tsuba slip.I purchased this as it was listed as being made if plastic. Was hoping it was polypropylene or polycarbonate as they are much more durable. But it is made out if wood.Will be returning it

Nice strong wood bokken. Tsuba is nasty rubber junk I threw it away.

Une des épées a développé une fente. Pour l'instant ça va (bruit changé par contre), mais on espère qu'elle tiendra le coup. C'est le cas pour l'instant.
