Most people give these pads a bad review when reading them, but I am a total believer in them. I have actually bought these before from a different Amazon link (and left a review there) and these make things AWESOME. Some naysayers have said that these get dark and gunky because your feet sweat and thus the moisture reacts with the powder in the little tea bag... well, my feet don't sweat... like ever... especially not at night. My feet are chronically dry, and these still get gunky when I use them.I tried these last summer because I developed plantar fasciitis, which took a year to heal from. These actually relieved the pain at night so that I could get up in the morning and get going without limping like a fool. Now that my PF is gone, I use them after a long walk or a hard workout in the gym. It seems to pull the lactic acid I build up in my calves right out of my legs so that I feel no pain the next day when using them. For me, results within 24 hours is enough to make a believer, and a regular user. Honestly, give them a shot, even if you only get a 10-pack.Finally, I was NOT paid for this review and I did NOT receive any free product for my review. I just really love these things and think more people should be open to what they can do for you.

The packets with the stuff in it seem to be less filled than other products I've used. The adhesive strips aren't the highest quality but the number of applications you get make up for the small imperfections............

I love that they are so easy to use. They arrived fast and in good shape. Great product. My first time try anything like this. I was amazed.

The pads turn black and work as advertised, just not sure if they do any good or just a scam.

I know that these pads work. I've used another brand off and on for years. The price of this item was exceptional. The only thing that I don't like is the adhesive is sometimes difficult to remove from some of my foot. I will purchase again.

While a little bit disgusting when seeing what has leached out of your body overnight, I actually felt slightly better, more energetic, less blah when waking up the night after using them. I don't know if it's the sight of the pad or some placebo effect but I actually felt a slight change for the better from using these.

I was very annoyed with this product. They adhesive was poor quality and never stayed on out feel. The pads would pull some toxins and gunk but not as much as other brands. This was a large qty but so very poor quality that we only tried twice and had to request a refund.

Then its great. The actual product is easy to put on, it stays on the bottom of my feet through out the night. I saw someone post this on instagram and immediately searched amazon as a impulse buy. I honestly don't know if it actually does what its suppose to do though. Ive actually read more about it now after using it, and I guess Science says there's no evidence of this working, They even examined used pads to see if it actually worked and Science says no, says the pads will turn black from moisture. I still use this every night and will do so until ive used it all. Reviews say no harm can happen so I will finish off the pack.. I might as well. "I paid for it" but if Science is wrong then this is awesome.
