Life-Flo Magnesium Oil Sport Roll-On | 3oz

I've used magnesium spray for a couple of years for severe leg cramps during the night. The best result was spraying on the soles of my feet but I had to deal with an over spray. I've only used this roll-on one night but it's much easier to use and a lot less messy. I didn't have any cramps the one night of use and if that continues, then I'm sold on Life-flo roll-on.

I love this product because it relieves the pain SO QUICKLY!!!

I do like the roll on version of this product much better than the spray version. It is easier and less messy to apply. It does soak in some, but I found it to leave a moderately annoying layer of oily film on my skin. I might have liked the lotion form better? This product did not work as well for pain relief as I had hoped, but that might be because I was trying to alleviate some pain that was possibly outside of the therapeutic range of this product. I would, and will, try it again when I have pain in a different location

I love their magnesium lotion, but this is a bit too sticky for me and the scent isn’t nice like their lotion. I well stick to the lotion.

For muscle pains, magnesium oil has always worked for me, better than anything else. The problem is, after lumbar surgery I have all the flexibility of the Tin Man, so it's hard to get it on my low back without help from my wife. This roll-on solves that problem very nicely. I highly recommend it.
