Well made & long lasting.
It is well-made & long-lasting but does not fit a Dremel. I modified it to fit the Dremel tool & works great!

High Carbon steel is easily sharpened though
Bosch sells two different Starlock scraper blades, a rigid scraper (this one) and a flexible scraper. The rigid scraper blade is meant for heavier duty tasks and removing or cutting through denser materials. I've used it to remove dried glue on woodworking projects as well as adhesive on a cement floor, and also for removing thick layers of paint. You do have to be careful when using it on wood. Don't use too steep an angle or you may dig into the wood. Do keep in mind that this blade is meant for soft materials only. If you use it on hard or abrasive materials don't expect the edge to last very long. High Carbon steel is easily sharpened though, and takes a fine edge, so sharpening the blade every now and then is something you should expect to do from time to time. Overall the scraper blade is quite useful to have. Highly recommended. If you're not familiar with Starlock blades, they are a quick-release mount blade primarily designed to be used on Starlock mount tools. However you can use these blades on most other non Starlock oscillating tools. Some tools may require an adapter which Bosch sells. If you buy an oscillating tool that has a Starlock mount please note you can only use Starlock blades, you will not be able to use your non Starlock blades on a Starlock tool. If you currently own a non Starlock oscillating tool and plan to buy a Starlock tool at some point in the future, then you might want to consider buying Starlock blades for your current tool, that way you will be able to use them later on when you buy a Starlock mount equipped tool.
