I'll start by saying this does work. With enough effort and a LOT of patience, you can indeed remove hair with this. I wanted to like it SO badly that I have tried everything for months to make it worth it and it's just... not.They didn't come with detailed instructions so I had to go find instructions online. And then I finally got it to work, but it takes an hour just to erase the hair from half my legs, regularly needing to use water to 'refresh' the eraser. At that rate, I could have shaved my entire body three times over with a razor. I thought that maybe I wasn't using the right technique, so I tried up and down, circles, side to side, long swipes, short quick swipes. I tried circles in different directions. I tried gentle. I tried hard. The only thing that seemed to work was hard scrubbing (and I got a few actual scrapes for my effort). You're supposed to not get strawberry legs. I got strawberry legs and my legs were left feeling like they had been scratched all over. I'm left-handed so I tried doing everything with my right hand. I tried with dry legs. I tried with wet legs. I wondered if maybe my leg hair wasn't long enough so I waited a month to let it grow out and tried again.Nothing made a difference.I am totally disillusioned to this type of product now, and I'm very sad about that. I really did want this to work.One thing I will say, though: this thing is an excellent exfoliator. Too bad that's not what it's actually for.

Hated this. Hurting my skin napping up the hairs. Whoever invented this you have gone crazy. I pushed hard, soft, and medium in all directions. Nothing. Wet and dry soap and no soap. Is this a puzzle? Lol. Sucked so bad and wasted 30 minutes of my life. Ty
