Excellent quality and customer service.
Better than I expected, beautiful, excellent quality and amazing customer service. I contacted customer service for a missing chair foot plugs and Melody was great, super sweet very respectful and attentive. They sent me the missing parts and she kept following up with me to check if I received the part and if I'm satisfied with everything. I am very impressed with the customer service because now a days we don't get this type of attention and respect from customer services. Very satisfied!!!!

Beautiful and comfortable
This set is not only beautiful but the chairs are very comfortable too. It arrived early and was very easy to put together. Highly recommend.

Customer service is excellent
Our first delivery was damaged. Their customer service is excellent and resolved quickly. The set is nice but not the most comfortable chairs.

Great set but table doesn’t do well in the rain.
I’ve only had this table for a week. Haven’t even used it yet. I put it together and put it on my deck and while we were out of town for the weekend it rained. The rain left splotches on the table that were still visible even after wiping the table. Trying to find something to clean the table to remove the stains and also a protective cover for it. Since the tabletop is so sensitive, it would have been nice if the table came with a cover.Lastly, several of the chairs are wobbly. I contacted customer service but have not heard back yet.

chipping and rusting.
This set has been on my screened in porch for less than a year and the chairs are all rusting and the paint is chipping.

Super impressed. I was not expecting much considering the price but they are comfortable and sturdy. Well made.

Better than expected
I really wanted something cute and cheap for the front porch, but most of the sets in my price range had reviews saying they were so small, that they felt like they were for little kids. These are normal size with a pretty cushion. They were mostly easy to assemble, it’s just screws and washers screwed in with an allen wrench, but one of the chairs I had to SLIGHTLY thread every screw to then screw then down - otherwise they wouldn’t line up right.The product isn’t labeled - but it really isn’t complicated to figure out what goes where.Price: perfect for what I neededQuality: sturdy, I would say great - but please don’t use this review for that, as we will hardly sit in them.Size: normal.This is the perfect “aesthetic” set and I’m happy with the purchase.
