Airlie Pool Water Leveler, Patented, Included Stainless Steel Hose and Brass 90° Connector, Automatically Adjusts Pool Water Level, User Friendly Design (Black)

Ordered the Airlie back in November 2022. Easy to install and set the leveler and was good to go. Worked great since Nov 2022 with no problems until the stainless steel mesh pipe sprung a leak the other day August 4, 2024. I reached out to the supplier to see if I could purchase a replacement pipe. They responded and offered to refund my money or send a new unit. I certainly wasn't expecting such a great response. I opted to receive a new unit as I like their product and it works very well. Not many companies offer such excellent service. Thank you Jack. I will certainly be recommending this water leveler to friends and family for sure! Just a side note- I am in Phoenix AZ and with summers hitting the 118 F mark through summer I am amazed how well this product has stood up against our harsh hot weather as it is permanently outside on the side of the swimming pool.

So, I never give reviews on products that work out well. I only complain when they don't..BUT!! For once, I have to change my tune!This thing works so good in my pool that I can't even describe it. I used to have to turn the water on and off, being careful to watch the water level so that it wouldn't go too low before I filled it OR that it wouldn't run over if I forgot to turn the hose off. THOSE DAYS ARE GONE NOW! My water level is PERFECT!!Further, I'm all girl....so I don't know how to install "thingys"...BUT, this was sooooooo easy that a monkey could do it!! [Anyone got a banana? LOL!]PLUS....The people who sell this are SUPER responsive and will help you in any way they can....overboard on customer service!

I waited a few months to write this review. Overall I'm very pleased with this after a few months of use.Pros:- Doesn't leak. Given other reviews I was very concerned about it leaking. After about 3 months I've had zero leak issues.- It works. Best compliment I can give to a product. It does what it is supposed to. It fills the pool and shuts off when it reaches the right water level.- The 90 bend let's you keep the hose flat. A little thing but nice all the same.Cons:- Assembly instructions where a bit confusing.- if you have high pressure and a large hose it will "sputter" where the water filling will go in spurts. I think it's because the pressure is high enough it causes the float to "kick off" and then it starts again when the water stops flowing. To address this I had to turn down the amount of water at the spigot.- A bit ugly. Big black thing hanging on the side of my pool.

Arrived in great shape, well-packed, was easy to set up and it's been working well for 2 weeks so far. Seems rugged enough. "Stainless" steel hose tarnished, contacted customer service and was told they "can't" replace it, need to send it back, they will send new one, then I return it, which I did. Same issue with the replacement, I'll live with it, maybe find a replacement hose at Home Depot or Lowes. I don't believe/trust the "lifetime warranty", hope I don't need to use it. Unit works well though.

Was tired of constantly having to monitor water levels during the summer in Texas. I would lose half an inch a day if water in my pool. It was so bad I would forget and burn out pumps by running them dry. This automatic water filler is simple and does the job. I drilled it right to the wooden deck around my above ground pool (see photo). I'm not sure how well the weight provided would work for an inground pool. For my particular use it is perfect.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! We purchased this hoping to keep our pool filled to the perfect level and not have to worry about it while we are away. It was easy to install and it seemed to work perfectly. Three weeks after installing I got a call from the utility company telling me that my water has been running for 95 hours and to please look into the problem! It turns out that the pool water leveler had failed after only 3 weeks and the pool was overflowing. If the utility company hadn't called, who knows how terrible the situation would have become. Definitely not worth any money!!!! Don't buy!!!

I purchased my original unit in 2022 and it worked perfectly. Then, in 5/2024, I noticed that when the pool level reached the desired level, the unit would not shut off completely. I contacted Airlie and provided them with my invoice from Amazon, the immediately responded to my email and sent a replacement unit. Nice to know that there are still companies making products in the USA and standing behind them. Airlie has a lifetime warranty on this unit and I will continue to shop and support them.NOTE: The only reason that I gave a 4 out of 5 for sturdiness, is the rubber washer that sits on the float is the culprit for causing the unit to leak. Other than that, the unit is sturdy and solid.

Installed. Read many reports of things leaking. Mine did so initially as well. Re-installed using some teflon tape on the thread and... no more leaks. Fill the base with water and it seems quite stable. Height adjustment screws to not tough the pool liner and do not have to be a problem.Keeps the pool filled, as advertised. When using the pool and "making waves" the float moves and closes/opens the valve repeatedly. This may lead to a small amount of overfilling, which should not be a problem. The more annoying problem is that the unit is fairly loud with a spray/hissing like noise when actively filling. This is just annoying if it happens while using the pool. Otherwise it is fine.The all plastic construction makes the connection of the flex hose to the unit a potential point of easy breakage (as some have reported). So, be careful with the unit. Once installed, and unless stepped on, it seems unlikely to break, unless handled roughly during removal (e.g. for winter).

It needs a Gardena 39017 Premium Metal Female Garden Hose Connector to fit it to standard hoses
