I thought I'd give this tape a try after using (and loving) a more expensive brand. Package arrived on time.... but when I opened it, it was obvious that it had been previously opened! The picture shows how it came! I decided to count the number of strips - 14 strips on the unboxed roll of tape. Each box says there should be 20 strips per box! Too much of a hassle to return and I will try the tape to see if it compares to my other brand.... but very disappointed that I received a box that has been opened and some of the contents missing! (will update after using the tape)EDIT: Seller contacted me and issued a full refund! Have now tried the tape on my feet and my elbow. Works great on my feet and has stayed on even after a shower. However, we are finding it hard to bend without a lot of wrinkles as needed for the elbow application. Definitely will buy again as I get 4 rolls for the price of 1. Will use this tape for easy applications that don't require a lot of turning or bending and the more expensive tape for those that do.

This has greatly relieved my back, hip, and belly pain in my 3rd trimester. I can keep it on for days and it is water resistant. I have sensitive skin and didn’t find it to irritate it too badly, was also pretty painless to remove IMO

Product appears similar to KT Tape, maybe a tiny bit thinner in fabric thickness, but not much. Adhesion has been excellent so far: has stayed on with no end curls all day through tennis, lifting, hiking. Havent showered with it yet, but usually remove any brand i use before anyway.Excellent value.

I like these. They are easy, simple and perfectly what I was looking for.

I found this tape a better buy than KT tape that hardly stays on and cost more.

Cheaper than KT tape better bang for the buck

I’ve tried several different brands of tape, including the real expensive one. They all seem to work the same, providing support for two bad knees, one MCL sprain, one Patella tear. Being able to buy this tape at the price and quantity is necessary since I run, bike, and/or walk every day. Without tape my knees would have stopped this amount of activity. This brand of tape works well, easy to apply and remove. I only keep it on during my exercise, so removal is not a problem. I can’t say how good/bad it is if worn for more than 2 hours.

I’ve been having knee issues for a years now. I tore my patella tendon in 2018 and ever since then it’s been hard for me to play tennis.The last several weeks I’ve been getting back into it but my knee has been really feeling unstable at times.A friend of mine gave me a couple of strips of similar tape.I’ve seen athletes do this and swear by it but I never thought to try it.Let me tell ya….it was a game changer but it didn’t stick very long. But I noticed an immediate difference.I read online to shave down the area that you’re going to be taping up. So while it looks silly to have hairy legs-hairy thigh-and a bald knee…the tape did stick much better.I decided to order me a roll when I saw this one. 4 rolls & little scissors I can keep in my tennis bag for around the same price as 1 of the other guys? I gave it a shot and I’m glad I did.This stuff holds very well. It even comes with a very nifty picture-guided taping Manuel which I appreciated.10/10 will buy again,
