Contacted manufacturer (per 'request support' option for item), so far no reply. I'll update if I make any headway on getting a rack. Might just return and buy another.Used it once for a frozen pizza, worked well.. crust crispy.After figuring out how to bypass the broken chatbot customer service, I got a message off to a real person who sent me a new one with a rack. So now I have an extra stone.Upgraded rating to 4 stars, one start down for the runaround trying to take responsibility...

Haven't used it yet. Maybe in winter. Seems thin. Might crack if set down too hard. Like the serving rack though.

We've made pizza using the stone several times, and it makes a huge difference in the crispy crust. The metal rack is very convenient and holds the hot stone away from the counter top. It's impossible to get the stains from the pizza off the stone, but it doesn't affect the function at all.

I am gluten free and the pizza selections are not abundant and they don't cook like a traditional frozen pizza. I got this baking stone hoping it would help with the baking process and boy did it. The gluten free pizza's are just as good as the traditional frozen pizzas. I just have to remember to put the stone in the oven during the pre-heat time and then remove it and add the pizza when it reaches the proper temp.

We've used the stone 3 times so far. Frozen pizza sticks to it, leaving a mess to scrape off. Chicken tenders/strips haven't been an issue.

I like the stone it's a good deal for the price.

Or your pizza.Very sturdy untreated ceramic. Fantastic results. Now a permanent fixture in my oven. Will stain easily (but that’s normal since it is not glazed).
