DELICIOUS and excellent quality!
I LOVE these jerky’s! A couple of times, I have eaten a whole bag in one sitting! They’re great for vegetarians who miss snacking on jerky. The flavors are robust, ON POINT, and each are distinct. A couple flavors are a little on the “spicier” side, but I’m sensitive to spice so that very well may not affect the average person. But seriously, I cannot get over how FLAVORFUL these are!The texture of the jerky is soft which makes it super addictive and very pleasant to snack on! As with any other preserved snacks / jerky’s, they are a bit on the saltier side. However, the flavors are really of great quality. My favorite is the Carolina BBQ flavor (I think that’s what it’s called if my memory serves me correctly) because it literally has a delicious coating of BBQ sauce on the jerky that is apparent on your fingers after snacking! Yum!

If you're deciding between Louisville and Primal, pick Louisville.
Louisville Vegan Jerky is the best vegan Jerky. For me, it is so much better than primal. I would be embarrassed to give primal to a non-veg person, but I always share my Louisville jerky, and everyone loves it. I got this 10 pack for travel to a Cuba country (where there won't be too many vegan options, I'm told). This is also the best price I was able to find, even though it's still pretty pricey. It arrived on time, in a compact plastic bag. I don't eat this stuff everyday (because it's expensive) but when I travel, it's really a must-have! I'm a little confused because it looks like there's a picture of primal Jerky for this item, but when I purchased it, it was a picture of Louisville Jerky, and that's absolutely what arrived in the mail.

Great Vegan Option
Good Variety pack for snacking! Portable, I did not realize however, it had to be refrigerated after opening, my bad..ooops.

Great meat replacement
As a vegetarian, there are only three or four meat replacement products I'll say actually taste like meat. This is one of them.I haven't had a bad flavor from Louisville yet, but my favorite is Black Pepper. I read about the mold issue when I first ordered them and check every bag. I've ordered over 50 bags from Louisville so far and none of them have had a problem.

Not a stick.
This is not a stick, but small pieces! Taste is fair. I would not buy again. I will be donating.

Best Vegan Jerky
This is by far the best vegan jerky I've ever had. Other brands are sticky and overly sweet. This tends to be a dry jerky (which I like). All flavors I've tried are delicious. Only complaint is it is very expensive so I only buy it on occasion.

The ultimate scam
I am from Louisville and love this jerky. Wanted to buy in bulk-- wow! Expired in less than 2 weeks. What a scam, offloading expired product en masse on loyal customers buying in bulk!! People who buy in bulk obviously do so because they want the product to last a while. Really disappointed. But I will say, the owner of Lou Vegan Jerky Co owns an incredibly overpriced restaurant here, so I can't say I'm surprised. Thumbs way down

My favorite vegan jerky
The Louisville jerky has the most interesting flavors and in my opinion gives you the best value. I've noticed on my last couple orders, unfortunately I'm getting a lot more very small pieces 1/2 to 1 inch, as well as a fair amount of dust, where it used to be more consistently couple-inch hunks. It's also been less consistently moist than it used to be, sometimes now even dry and spongy. The exception is the barbeque flavor which has always been my favorite anyway.
