It really pulls on your hair. It does not really get all the frizz out.

I have naturally curly, color treated, hair, and my hair dresser used this item on me to straighten my hair, which always takes a flat iron to get straight. This left my hair straight(even got the hair bumps out by my scalp, yet left me with body, it did not smash my hair flat like a iron can. I am purchasing this item! I gave if 4 stars until I get to do it myself : )
